Terms and Conditions

1. Seller identity

Our full details — registered name, company registration number, VAT number, pharmacy licence number, responsible pharmacist and address — are set out in the "Who we are" box at the top of this page.

2. What is and is not sold through this website

In Cyprus, medicines may be supplied only in person by a licensed pharmacist (Cap. 254, Law 70(I)/2001). Accordingly:

• We do not sell medicines through this website, whether prescription or non-prescription. For medicines, please visit the pharmacy.
• We do sell food supplements, cosmetics and personal care products, baby products, medical equipment and other non-medicinal goods.

3. Formation of the contract

Products displayed on the website are an invitation to make an offer. Your order is the offer. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right not to accept an order where stock has run out, where there is an obvious error in the price or description, or where we cannot deliver to your address. In every such case we will tell you and refund in full any amount paid.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are in euro and include VAT. The rate depends on the product category (standard 19%, reduced 5%, or zero where applicable). Your invoice shows the breakdown per rate.

Delivery charges are calculated and shown before you complete your order.

5. Payment

We accept debit and credit card payments through Stripe, and cash on delivery on selected delivery methods. Card payments are subject to Strong Customer Authentication (PSD2 / 3-D Secure). We never store card details.

6. Delivery

Available delivery methods, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and described on the Shipping and Payment page. Delivery times are estimates. If delivery is substantially delayed, you may set us a reasonable additional period and, if that passes without delivery, withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason. Certain product categories are excluded on hygiene grounds once unsealed. The full terms, the exclusions by category, and the model withdrawal form are on the Returns and Withdrawal page.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

Independently of the right of withdrawal, we are liable for any lack of conformity existing at delivery and becoming apparent within two (2) years, under the Cyprus law on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods and Law 13(I)/2013. You are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination, as provided by law.

This right is not limited by any notification deadline we might set. Please check your goods on delivery and tell us as soon as you can — that helps us serve you faster, but it is not a condition of exercising your rights.

Products may additionally carry a manufacturer's commercial guarantee, which is in addition to, and does not replace, the above.

9. Your account and the accuracy of your details

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

10. Customer reviews

Reviews are published only after moderation. We do not publish reviews that attribute therapeutic properties or health claims to a product, since doing so would constitute impermissible advertising. We reserve the right to decline or remove a review on that ground.

11. Loyalty programme and discount codes

Loyalty points and discount codes have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable. The terms of each offer (minimum value, expiry date, excluded products, whether it combines with other offers) are stated on the offer itself.

12. Intellectual property

The content of this website (text, photographs, logos, design) is protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and print it for personal use; any other use requires our written consent.

13. Alternative dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first — most matters are resolved straight away.

If we cannot reach a resolution, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity under the Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes Law of 2017 (Law 85(I)/2017). The entity that covers us is: «FILL IN: name and contact details of the ADR entity». We declare that we «FILL IN: will / will not» use that entity to resolve consumer disputes.

You may also complain to the Consumer Protection Service of the Deputy Ministry of Commerce.

14. Liability

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that may not be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the Cyprus courts have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

16. Changes to these terms

The terms that apply are those published at the time of your order. Later changes do not affect orders already placed.
