Medical Disclaimer

1. This information is not medical advice
The content of this website — product descriptions, articles and guides — is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or other healthcare professional and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Do not stop or change a treatment you have been prescribed on the basis of what you read here. If you have a symptom that concerns you, consult a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call the emergency services immediately.
2. We do not sell medicines through this website
In Cyprus, medicines may be supplied only in person by a licensed pharmacist (Cap. 254 and Law 70(I)/2001). This applies to non-prescription medicines too.
Our online store therefore offers only food supplements, cosmetics and personal care products, baby products, medical equipment and other non-medicinal goods. For any medicine, please visit our pharmacy and speak to the pharmacist.
For the same reason, the store does not display the EU Common Logo for the legal online sale of medicines: that logo applies to stores selling medicines online, which Cyprus law does not permit.
3. Food supplements
Food supplements are not medicines. They are not intended to treat or prevent disease and should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking a supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking medication, if you are due to have surgery, or if it is intended for a child.
4. Cosmetics and skincare
Follow the directions for use on the packaging. If irritation occurs, stop using the product. If you have a known allergy, check the ingredient list before use.
5. Medical equipment
Devices such as blood pressure monitors, thermometers and meters give readings for personal monitoring. They do not replace a medical assessment. Read the user manual and consult a doctor about interpreting your readings.
6. Product information
Information, ingredients and images come from the manufacturers and suppliers. Manufacturers may revise a product's formulation or packaging. Always read the label and leaflet of the product you actually received before use; those take precedence over the information on this website.
If you spot an inaccuracy, please tell us and we will correct it.
7. Customer reviews
Reviews reflect an individual customer's personal experience and are not medical advice or a claim of efficacy. They are moderated before publication, and we do not publish reviews attributing therapeutic properties to a product.
8. Ask our pharmacist
For any question about a product, whether it is right for you, or possible interactions, contact us — see the Contact page. We are a pharmacy, and advice is part of the job.
