1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. The legislation also covers other forms of browser storage, such as session storage — both are included in the list below.
2. Our position, in plain terms
Today the store uses only strictly necessary cookies. We use no analytics and no marketing cookies, and we have installed no third-party tracking tool.
The "Analytics" and "Marketing" categories exist in the settings so the mechanism is ready. Before any such tool is switched on, this policy will be updated with the tool’s name, its provider and the data it collects, and your consent will be requested again.
3. Necessary cookies
These are required for the store to function: signing in to your account, keeping your cart, remembering your language, giving you access to your order confirmation page, and preventing fraud at payment. The store cannot work without them, and for that reason they do not require your consent under the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services Law (Law 112(I)/2004).

4. Analytics and marketing — why these ask for explicit consent
Both categories are always off by default and are never pre-ticked.
Because this is a pharmacy, a tracking profile recording which product pages you visited — glucose meters, iron supplements or infant health products, for example — is capable of revealing information about your health. Such processing is permitted only with explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR. That is why each category’s description in the settings names that risk expressly: switching the toggle on is your consent to precisely that wording.
5. How to change or withdraw your consent
Choose "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, the store will not work correctly.
6. Consent records
We record your choice (identifier, time, categories and the revision of this notice) so we can demonstrate that it was validly given. Records are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically.
When this notice changes substantively, the revision is increased and your consent is requested again.
7. Third-party requests
The site loads flag icons for the language selector from the cdn.jsdelivr.net network, which receives your IP address. It sets no cookies. It is the only third-party request the site makes.
