Shipping and Payment

1. Where we deliver

2. Delivery methods and times

Estimated times are in calendar days from order confirmation and apply to items in stock.

• BOX NOW locker delivery — 1–3 days. Cost: €2. Free on orders over €45.
• Pickup at the pharmacy — 0–1 days. Free.

The exact cost for your order is calculated and shown before you complete it.

3. Free delivery

Orders over €45 ship free by BOX NOW locker delivery. The threshold is calculated on the value of the goods after any discounts.

4. Pickup at the pharmacy

You can order online and collect from our pharmacy. We will notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.

5. Payment methods

• Debit or credit card through Stripe. Payments are protected by Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure). We never store card details.
• Cash on delivery, available for pickup at the pharmacy. Availability per delivery method and the maximum order value are shown at checkout.

6. Prices, VAT and receipts

All prices include VAT. The rate depends on the product category. Every order gets a receipt showing the breakdown per VAT rate, which you can download from your account.

For an invoice in a company name, enter your company details and VAT number at checkout.

7. Delays and delivery problems

If your order is delayed, please contact us. The times given are estimates and depend in part on the courier. Your rights in the event of a substantial delay are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
